Excellent food and good service! Postino's has such good deals. Signed up for online rewards and received a free bruschetta board which was absolutely delicious.

something you should know about postino -- they have lots of deals but when the bill you, the tip is based on the standard price. a popular deal is their bottle and board. for $20 you receive a bruschetta board and a bottle of wine. when the tab comes, those items are much more originally so they use that as the subtotal before adding the discount, then the tip is calculated from there. i recently bought 2 $50 gift cards that were added to my tab which was already $70. my tip was calculated as 20% if $170 instead the $70 i expected. when gifting the gift cards i just told my friends they were pre-tipped. not a huge deal obviously, i still love this place! just pay attention when you're paying at the end.

This place is awesome! The food is amazing and service is great. I had Kylie and she was absolutely amazing, checking up on me as needed and bringing a warm, welcoming vibe. If you ever come here ask to sit in her section because she is on point!!!

We were getting a little early Christmas shopping done down in Boulder and looked up new-to-us places to eat. Although it's a chain, the menu intrigued us and after looking into it and signing up for the email list, I received a coupon for a free Bruschetta Board, so it was a go! We made a reservation for noon and got there early, but didn't have any trouble finding seating in a cozy booth looking out over the bustling streets. They have a daily happy hour where you can get a glass of wine OR a pitcher of beer for only $6! I went for a cider instead while we perused the menu, but will be going back for that deal soon enough! We split the bruschetta board (it comes with four pieces, all sliced into four pieces) with Spinach Artichoke Dip topping, French Onion, Prosciutto de Parma with Fig and and Mascarpone, and Burrata, Bacon, Arugula and Tomato. The presentation was absolutely stunning and the flavors were on point! We all agreed the the French Onion was the one we'd be ordering on repeat. I went for the chicken and steak skewers since I was already pretty stuffed from the massive board. The meat was incredibly over-salted and the chicken was rubbery while the steak was tough. The yogurt sauce nestled underneath was tangy and provided a good balance, but I would definitely not get this again. Our server was great with checking in with us repeatedly and ensuring our water glasses never got too low. I'll be back for the bruschetta boards, and will try something else for my main entree in the future!

Beautiful restaurant, stunning decor! Amazing staff! However the bruschettas lacked a lot, would NOT recommend but the salad was fresh and delicious!

Having mainly been to the locations in Arizona, I knew I needed to come to this location. It wasn't too busy, but I went ahead and made a reservation just in case. There is street parking outside with a very short walk to the restaurant. My roomie and I were seated at a small booth. I loved the dark ambiance and the various types of booths and lounge seating this location had. Of course being here we ordered a bruschetta board and both ordered a different type of sandwich. My grilled cheese was made to perfection with scratch made tomato soup. The pickles on the side were a perfect compliment. From start to finish service was great, food delicious, and in a perfect setting. I will definitely be back to this location in the future.

I love Postino. I think this might be the fourth location that I have enjoyed. The decor is always cool, I like the skates on the wall in the Boulder spot. The service is on-pointe. My daughter and I enjoyed a last minute lunch on Friday for CU Parent's weekend. We fortunately got a spot at the communal table. The meatball starter is amazing, the creamy tomato soup was excellent too. My daughter loved her prosciutto and Brie toasted panini and my shrimp were cooked perfectly. I would have liked if the pan still had plenty of garlicky buttery sauce- alas it was dry. You can't beat $5 glasses of wine before 5pm. Postino rocks!

Honestly, just getting to sit outside at the outdoor patio was worth dining here! Such a beautiful spot on Pearl St. However; the food added to the experience as well! We shared the hummus platter and for my entree I had the tuna panini with a side of romaine salad. I also had their soup of the day, potato leek, which was great. They have a wide variety of local beers, wines, and the inside of the restaurant was so cute!

This is the place to come for bruschetta, little toasts with toppings for those who don't know. They have a huge variety of bruschetta, but they have other food as well. We got the bruschetta sampler and the mushroom fondue to share. I got the Blackberry Smash - blackberry with green tea and my friend got the Apricot something with black tea. Both drinks were refreshing and tasty! I would say I like the apricot one a bit more based off of personal preference. For the sampler, you're able to choose four different ones. We got the Brie, Apple & Fig Spread, Warm Artichoke Spread, Burrata Bacon Arugula & Tomato, and the Smoked Salmon & Pesto. They were all really good! They also have this fun thing where they call "Battle of the Bruschetta" where they have two different ones for the month and whichever one has the most orders wins! The mushroom fondue was really good too! So perfectly cheesy with big pieces of mushrooms in there. It comes with four pieces of focaccia which is not enough for the amount of fondue you get. We asked our server for more pieces of bread and he brought us some sourdough and focaccia. Shout out to our server bc he was one cool guy! He was attentive and very friendly! Also they have that beautiful back wall made out of roller skates! Definitely a fun place for Happy Hour or just a fun time!
